Mindsong provides a suite of accounting services for emerging companies. Ideal Accounting Services include:

Setup accounting systems as needed --experienced with several software systems, including Quickbooks Pro and Quickbooks Online, Great Plains Dynamics, and others

Organize financial processes, document them and train support staff
Entry of source data into systems and review against benchmarks
Cash management
Payroll processing (using service vendor) and benefits administration
Client billing and collections
Payables scheduling and vendor communications
Verify accuracy, reconciliation and crosscheck with department lead
Create financial reports (weekly dashboard, month-end close, quarterly Board) as needs are defined by executive management
In-house 1099 reporting and tax preparation documents to CPA for year-end returns

All source documents scanned into PDF/.bmp format and "filed" in secure online workspace on our servers, accessible through client portal
Reconciliation worksheets, financial reports posted monthly to online workspace for easy and real-time access by executive management
Keep all accounting processes out of your office and accessible entirely within secure client portal
All accounting services are staffed, trained, and managed by MindSong
Dashboard summary "at a glance" with ToDos, CashPosition, Receivables/Payables status
Custom process is designed up front, documented, and agreed; auto-paid monthly on fixed retainer basis

Work with existing finance and administrative staff to convert existing accounting system from one type to another, working with executive management to research available options, design the desired alternative, and implement throughout the organization
Typically a short-term engagement with timeline and defined processes

Personnel Files Management - Establish employee handbook, hire/term documentation, HR file index, employement or ICA (independent contractor) agreements; MindSong will keep e-HRFile on client's portal

Point-of-Sale (POS) tracking & GL Integration - Retail registers are summarized weekly and auto-posted to accounting system's GL module on customized basis
